About Me

SAHM - Supermum And Her Monsters: I am 32 years old. I have a gorgeous 10 year old daughter and a cheeky 2.5 year old son. Although actually becoming a mother was not at all easy for me. I was blessed that it only took 4 months to fall pregnant with Miss Lilli. However the 7.5 years following her birth were filled with much heart ache and 7 miscarriages. I underwent IVF and became blessed with Master Jaxon. Both my pregnancies were filled with never ending complications. Up until recently I had always worked full time until my health became worse and under doctors advice I had to stop work and slow down. I have a lot of mothers guilt for the impact my medical conditions have on my children. I feel like I'm not "there" enough for my children, I'm sure all of us harbour our own mothers guilt about something.....and for that, for worrying, that's makes us Supermums. I may not be a Supermum to most, but to my monsters I am. That's all that matters, right?!?!
